How much does it cost?
Two options are available:

Unlimited users: $9,500. Organizations can train all current and future employees for a one-time payment. You own it. Your employees can access anytime anywhere.
Can I customize ITIL Lite online? How much can I customize?
Yes. There is no limit. For many large IT groups, we recommend customization to ensure better results from the training. Mapping the ITIL content to your specific project objectives, processes and culture will significantly improve learner retention.
Can you track usage and offer other reporting options for ITIL Lite online?
Yes. We can track who has completed the course, how they have scored on the practice exam, and even how long it takes a user to complete the course. Many other reporting options can be customized for your needs.
How long does it take to complete ITIL Lite Online?
Approximately 60 minutes, including the sample exam questions. ITIL Lite Online allows learners to go at their own pace; however the online course should be able to be completed in about an hour.
