Taking the ITIL Exam Online

The ITIL exam is scheduled online through PeopleCert and can be taken from a suitable quiet room with the required ID, computer, webcam, and internet connection.

How the online exam works

After training and voucher redemption, learners schedule a PeopleCert online proctored exam for a date and time that works for them. Foundation exams are closed book and monitored by a virtual proctor.
